Tuesday, January 18, 2011 @ 9:22 AM second star to the right I had cravings for ramen last night while talking on the phone with Jx. She kindly asked to have lunch at Ajisen together and I agreed right away. This is the only reason why I'm up at this time and posting. Maybe after I get home I will update and post a little about the trip.. or not :) I dropped my handphone for the first time few days ago :( I watched Romantic Island a few days ago, too. Ah hell, I've been doing this a lot recently. Answering my own questions. I should stop this soon. Parents should support their child in whatever decision they make instead of forcing their own wish onto the child. It's really unfair. I'm glad my parents do not fall into the latter category. @ 12:16 AM whatever happened Have not been updating regularly again :\ I'm just gonna briefly talk about the past few days before I hit the sack. So, I got my results on the 10th. I did very badly. Went out to play pool with JX, Fel and HL right afterwards to vent some frustration. On the 11th (yesterday), I met up with some of my primary school friends to Sentosa to play. Monday, January 3, 2011 @ 9:34 PM 3 days of fun I'm here to blog about the three days in Malaysia! I'll just sum it up because too many awesome things happened. Well, it's a given because we're such awesome people smirk The first day, we stayed home and watched this drama the whole day. It's super funny and I think it's very nice all of you should try watching it too but it's in Cantonese so too bad shrug Anyway, we finished all 32 episodes in one and a half day. I like how everybody will sit in the living room and watch the show together. Okay lah but there are two living rooms and two televisions playing different shows so some adults are over at the other side. The pictures below are taken on the way to Tesco in my grandpa's ancient car LOL. It's ancient because the air-conditioner is broken and we have to lower the windows to prevent the car from turning into a sauna. AND, we have to wind down the windows manually, not like those nowadays where you only need to press a switch (or whatever) and the window will automatically go down. Still, it was fun for a change because the breeze is damn shiok. IKR!?! So cute :) These are taken later in the day when we went to have steamboat + bbq for dinner. No, obviously I'm not that short. I'm just bending down because my cousin is tiptoeing to try and look taller than me. I love this shot because (almost) all of my dear cousins are in the photo. Winson is as cute as ever and don't you think Yieng looks real pretty? :) The boys. This is JiaJing, the most humorous/funny one out of all of us. Then the next day at night my uncle took us to watch Gulliver's Travels after clearing out an apartment for a neighbour (we helped too, kay). I think we reached the place around 10PM and the next timing for all the movies there is 10.45PM. Had a lot of spare time so we went to play at the arcade! It's super funnnnn especially the JuBeat! Gulliver's Travels is very nice - check out his meaning of lame ass (great, brave, courageous heart of a lion man). After we got home most of the adults are asleep but my aunt bought back supper for us and left it on the table! Very nice of her to do so and just nice we're hungry too. So we watched Toy Story 3 and How To Train Your Dragon and ate our supper. That night I got bitten by A LOT of mosquitoes (or maybe it's the same one but wouldn't it have died from drinking too much blood?) I have like over 30 bites on my right arm. Stupid bitch(es). Now I sound so vulgar but it's true because only female mosquitoes drink blood. Okay wait. So much for my summing up. I think this post became even longer and wordier. Ah, whatever. Goodnight! Saturday, January 1, 2011 @ 3:56 AM 2011 It’s a brand new year – the calendar says 01/01/2011! The start of a new decade and a new journey. I’m feeling quite nostalgic about the past year. So many things have happened – things that made me smile, things that I regret, things that makes my heart ache. In many ways, be it good or bad, my life has changed. I now have a step-father, I lost my soul mate, I made new friends, and I experienced many feelings. I wish I could have done some things differently. Like some people, I have done some stupid things. I have said irresponsible things that damaged relationships. I have procrastinated more often than necessary. I have lied to people. I have been dishonest to myself. I have acted like a fool. There are many things I wish I could change. I wish I can turn back time and do something over, but I know it is impossible for anyone to do that and what has been done cannot be undone. Too bad, huh? On a side note though, I really really miss you. (But I can’t say it to you when you asked, right? Sigh. - New Year’s Eve was pretty normal. Met JX in the afternoon – we were supposed to go shopping for my dad’s belated birthday present but ended up having lunch and watching tv. Went to the playground at night, did some quick catching up, and started playing games. It was fun. We walked to Boon Lay for the countdown – the jaywalking part was pretty funny I guess. Saw a few friends there. This year’s fireworks were really chio. Went back to the playground after that to play with the newly-bought UNO Stacko. To WJ, JX, JJ – Thanks for walking me home!
